FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT), a leading global provider of
fuel cards and workforce payment solutions, announces the promotion of
Steve Greene to President of Global Fuel Cards, a newly-created position
for the company. His appointment is effective immediately, and he will
be based at the FLEETCOR global headquarters in Norcross, Georgia.
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Ron Clarke, Steve will
be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for
FLEETCOR’s global fuel card product line. In his new role, Steve will
codify best practices to standardize the company’s fuel card marketing,
sales and operational processes, as well as merchant relations, across
regions. Together with a team comprised of product and planning
specialists, Steve will collaborate with regional lines of business to
further grow FLEETCOR’s fuel card business and accelerate the company’s
product development and innovation.

Steve joined FLEETCOR in 2009 as Vice President for Corporate
Development where he expanded the company’s global footprint by closing
several strategic acquisitions around the world. In 2014 he was named
Managing Director for Epyx, the UK maintenance, service and repair
solutions provider acquired by FLEETCOR in 2013. Epyx has doubled
profitability under Steve’s leadership through a combination of product
innovations and new sales channels.
Prior to FLEETCOR, Steve was a Principal at CHB Capital Partners, a
private equity firm and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Steve received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard
Business School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Notre Dame.
